EquinePro.Media is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. EquinePro.Media collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
All EquinePro.Media registered user or customer contact information, including but not limited to e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses provided to EquinePro.Media is only for use by persons or entities interested in buying the horse, product or service offered by the customer. Unless arranged through EquinePro.Media as an approved and bonafide special promotion, EquinePro.Media’s registered users or its customers’ contact information may not be used or provided by anyone in the sale, promotion or solicitation of their business, products, or services. Any violation of this policy shall be considered theft of EquinePro.Media’s information and property. However, we may, from time to time, in our sole discretion, share, lease or sell some of your personally identifiable information, including your name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address, to special advertisers identified by us.
Registration
To use some of the services of this website, a user must first complete the Registration form and set up their profile. During registration a user is required to give their contact information such as name and email address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Please note that the owner’s email address and contact phone number will be displayed to our users.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information like name and billing address, and financial information like credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact the user.
Cookies
EquinePro.Media uses cookies to customize the user experience. Additionally, some of our business partners may use cookies on our site. EquinePro.Media do not have no access to or control these cookies from 3rd party partners.
Log Files
EquinePro.Media uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
EquinePro.Media may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
EquinePro.Media uses a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
EquinePro.Media may partner with other vendors to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

EquinePro.Media contains links to other websites and vendor resources. Please be aware that EquinePro.Media is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.
Security
EquinePro.Media takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
When the registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card number that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. All users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

Newsletters and Special Offers
EquinePro.Media may send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive our monthly newsletter and information on products, services, special deals, and upcoming opportunities. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out below.
Site and Service Updates
EquinePro.Media may also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with our users to provide requested services updates and issues relating to their account.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes such as your phone number or zip code, or if a user no longer desires the use and service provided by EquinePro.Media, we will provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support. Users can also update their information by emailing info@EquinePro.Media.
Choice/Opt-out
Users are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from our monthly newsletters and special offers email communications in the preferences section of their profile. Members may also send an email to info@EquinePro.Media to have their email address removed from our database.
Please note that by using our service and posting classified ads, Users will receive emails from parties interested in the horse, product, or service that User is advertising.
Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not. You may choose that we not share, lease, or sell your personally identifiable information with special advertisers by sending an e-mail to info@EquinePro.Media.
Notification of Changes
If EquinePro.Media decides to change our privacy policy we will post those changes to the Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email. Users will have a choice as to whether we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
Photo Release
Customers who purchase ad space shall have the opportunity to submit to EquinePro.Media sale horse listings, photographs, images, videos shared from YouTube or Vimeo (which may include sound and/or music), graphics and financial, contact, or other information (collectively, the “Submitted Content”) for each listing submitted to EquinePro.Media. You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have the full right, power, and authority to grant to EquinePro.Media the rights and use of all Submitted Content uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise transmitted to EquinePro.Media; (b) your license of such content to EquinePro.Media, and the use or license of such content by EquinePro.Media to third parties will not infringe any right or interest owned or possessed by any third party; and (c) there are no claims, judgments or settlements to be paid by you, or pending claims or litigation, relating to such content. With respect to all Submitted Content you have uploaded in the past or elect to upload in the future, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit to or via the Service, EquinePro.Media acknowledges that you retain any applicable ownership rights that you may have with respect to the Submitted Content. You nonetheless grant EquinePro.Media and its affiliates and their licensees a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license (through multiple tiers) to use, adapt, perform, display, publish, translate, prepare derivative works from, modify, distribute, and take any other action with respect to all such Submitted Content (in whole or part), whether submitted in the past or in the future, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
You further acknowledge and agree that EquinePro.Media may preserve any such Submitted Content, whether submitted in the past or in the future, and may also disclose such Submitted Content in its sole discretion, including without limitation within other products offered by EquinePro.Media and its affiliates. Customer agrees not to submit any Submitted Content to EquinePro.Media unless the Customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations, including from the photographer or videographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs or videos, to publish and advertise the property listing on the Customer’s website or on EquinePro.Media’s website. Specifically, Customer will not submit a photograph if Customer received the photograph from a third-party information provider under the terms of a license that does not allow posting of such photograph or video on the EquinePro.Media website. Customers may only submit videos personally created by Customer or Customer’s direct employees.
In addition, EquinePro.Media may require additional evidence of compliance with this provision from Customers who are alleged to have submitted content or other information in violation of this Agreement. The Company will, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, any Customer who repeatedly or knowingly violates this Agreement. Customer agrees to maintain accurate contact information, specifically a valid phone number and email address, to submit and maintain active listings on EquinePro.Media. Additionally, the Customer agrees to allow submitted property listing(s) and Submitted Content, or any part therein, to be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise referred to by users of the Customer’s website, the EquinePro.Media website and other EquinePro.Media partner or affiliate websites.
EquinePro.Media shall have the sole authority to choose the way any listing will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the EquinePro.Media website and Company shall have the right to modify the property listing in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement. The Customer is entirely responsible, and Company accepts no responsibility, for the Submitted Content from the Customer. While the Company shall take all reasonable efforts for data backup and business resumption, the Customer will be solely responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information, photographs, and other materials it provides to EquinePro.Media.
